Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer / Online Fund Transfer

Customer can make payment directly into the Dexter Holidays bank account either International Wire Transfer, Online Internet Banking Website or check Deposit at most banks.

The advance amount facilitates us to make the timely arrangements and book the hotels confirmed to avoid last minute hassles.

*	Please make the payment payable to “Dexter Holidays.”
*	All the payments are to be made by electronic fund transfer or by cheque deposit only.
*	Do not make any payment or transfer in the form of cash.
*	In case of crucial booking, kindly make the full payment in advance.
*	After making the payment, we would appreciate if you could mail the pay-in-slip with the booking reference.
*	Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
*	Final handover (Hotel Vouchers/Air-tickets/Passports etc) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment.
	The pickup & delivery of your passports will be through BLUEDART.

* Conditions

1. Once air tickets are booked on low cost carriers and/or non-refundable, non-changeable air tickets, you would not be permitted to re-schedule the tour dates.

2. Within 7 days of you paying the advance amount you must pay the balance tour cost. All your travel documents including Air Tickets and Hotel Voucher will be released only after the receipt of full and final payment.

Fill out the form provided and show your government-issued photo identification or other supporting documents to the Agent.
PAY FOR YOUR MONEY TRANSFER
Give the Agent the amount of money that you want to send together with the necessary service fees
SIGN AND RECEIVE YOUR RECEIPT
You will be required to sign a receipt after you have verified all the details printed on the receipt are correct. One of the details printed on the receipt is your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
INFORM YOUR RECEIVER
It's time to contact the intended receiver of your money, and relay the necessary information such as the sender's name, amount sent, MTCN, and the country where the money was sent from.
